I haven't used Reiki for a while, how do I know it still works? |

Once you have been attuned to Reiki, you have it for life. If you have a break from using it for whatever reason, you don't need to attend the Reiki Degree course you are up to again. All you need to do is go through your cleansing period again.
This route should start to make you feel better getting back into the habit of doing a regular daily self treatment and feel more in tune with Reiki again. If, at the end of this period, you still don't feel connected, then I would suggest that you look at getting reattuned. You can get reattuned (up to your level) at any time and as many times as you want, however, many people don't feel the need once they get back into the routine of using Reiki again. If you are able to get in touch with your Reiki Master, they will be able to reattune you. If you are unable to get your original Reiki Master because they have moved out of the area, etc, seek out a Reiki Master that you feel you have a connection with and uses the same Reiki you were taught. Reiki Masters may not charge for this service, or, if they do, may just charge for their time.
